πŸ“ Virtual: Members-Only Event

Did you know that Canadian employees driven by purpose are significantly more stressed and score lower for well-being, resilience, and self-efficacy than those who are not?

This members-only event will focus on how we can overcome this challenge by discussing various ways to cultivate joy while taking action against climate change, where tensions may arise in cultivating joy, and how joy is a part of supporting our personal resilience to continue to show up to our work.

Key Takeaways from Our Let's Talk Leadership Event

We had the pleasure of teaming up with Unconform to co-host a discussion on the intersections of gender, climate, and design. Our intention was to emphasize that the climate crisis is far from being gender-neutral and that solely focusing on climate change without recognizing its connection to gender runs the risk of exacerbating the social inequalities faced by women, girls, trans- and non-binary people.

The blog includes a handy list of resources to help you prioritize gender considerations in climate action programs!
